Ladder Drill

The 5-Minute Fix for Distance Control

Pillar #3 – Putts Add up Quick

The Hard Truth

Most 3-putts are not ‘bad reads.’ They’re bad speed. Your first putt is the problem.
Speed control is learnable fast if you practice the right thing. Which is where the Ladder Drill comes in.

Do This Now

• Set 5 tees in a line, 4–5 feet apart.
• Putt to each tee. Goal: reach the tee or finish slightly past.
• No ‘dead’ putts. You can’t make a putt that stops short.
