Stop Confusing The Two
Pillar 6 – What is Your Plan Now?
The Hard Truth
Hitting 40 drivers before a round is not warm-up. It’s sabotage.
Warm-up gets you loose and calibrated. Practice builds skills. Two different sessions for two completely different jobs. Stop getting warm-up vs. practice confused. No wonder you’re struggling.
Do This Now
• Warm-up: short, purposeful (tempo + a few targets).
• Practice: focused on one weakness with consequences.
• If time is short, warm up putting speed and 3-footers. Always.

Quick Drill
• Rule: never ‘practice your problems’ 5 minutes before you tee off. You’ll carry that chaos onto the course.
